The Protection District is governed by a five-member, publicly-elected Board of Directors who serve up to two consecutive four-year terms on a volunteer basis.

Board of Director Meetings are typically held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room at Falcon Fire Administration, 7030 Old Meridian Road.
